These draft terms cover the Trecasa Leads website, enquiry service, studio accounts and marketplace introductions. They do not replace the separate agreement between a homeowner and a designer for design or execution work. The stated entity is owner-supplied; registration verification, the effective date and remaining contractual provisions are pending review.

2. Homeowner enquiries and permission

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. The homeowner form asks for explicit consent for Trecasa Leads to contact you, qualify your requirements and share your contact and project details with one purchasing designer. That designer may contact you by phone or WhatsApp solely about your interior project. This consent does not permit unrelated marketing. The scope applies only where the matching consent was actually recorded; updating these words does not grant this consent to older records. Submission does not confirm a booking, designer availability, project acceptance or outcome.

For a correction or withdrawal request, use Contact and choose Privacy or consent. The operator checks your identity and processes the request. On processing a confirmed withdrawal, the operator stops future sharing and asks the purchasing designer to stop project contact. Information already seen cannot be retracted. Submitting the form does not itself change consent, erase records or automatically notify a designer.

3. Studio accounts and appropriate use

Designers create an account with a name, email and password. Email verification and operator approval are required before checkout. Keep credentials private and use homeowner information only to follow up on the relevant project by the channels the homeowner consented to, such as phone or WhatsApp. Do not use this consent for unrelated marketing, misrepresent your identity or redistribute private contact details. Respect an operator request to stop project contact after homeowner withdrawal.

The operator can approve or suspend studio access. Use Contact to raise an account-access concern. Recovery email is available only when the delivery service is configured; changing or resetting your password ends existing sessions.

4. Leads, appointments and exclusivity

A verified enquiry means the operator has recorded a manual phone-verification note and sharing consent. The last verified date shows the recorded phone-verification event time; if no event time is recorded, the date is shown as unavailable. A recorded date does not guarantee that the enquiry is currently valid or that the homeowner circumstances are unchanged. Verification is not an automated guarantee of identity, ownership, purchasing power or readiness to hire. A confirmed appointment records a time, selected studio and confirmation from both parties; it does not guarantee attendance or a project win.

Both verified leads and confirmed appointments are exclusive through Trecasa Leads: one buyer per underlying homeowner opportunity. Trecasa Leads will not resell the same opportunity as another lead or appointment, including after a refund. The homeowner may independently contact other firms or use other platforms. Exclusivity is not a project-win guarantee.

5. Commercial details and order records

Prices and offers are shown only inside authenticated designer accounts. The operator can set an individual lead price and discount before purchase. Eligible offers do not stack: the server applies the lower eligible price and displays the final total before payment checkout.

Active reservations and completed purchases cannot be repriced. Each order keeps its accepted amount, tax and commercial-term snapshot. A checkout reservation lasts 15 minutes; this is an availability hold, not a guaranteed refund or cancellation period.

The owner has selected GST-inclusive designer prices. The owner reports GST registration under the regular scheme; the GSTIN, final applicable rate, exact SAC classification and invoice details are awaiting confirmation. No tax rate or GSTIN is assumed, and this pricing decision does not establish tax-invoice or payment readiness. There is no enabled automatic-renewal subscription or wallet balance. A studio-interest checkbox does not authorize a payment.

6. Payment and delivery of an introduction

Checkout is unavailable until payment, tax, policy and commercial configuration are complete. When enabled, Razorpay handles payment entry. Trecasa Leads checks the provider’s payment state, amount, currency and order reference on the server; a browser success message alone does not release contact details.

After an eligible captured payment is verified, the contact becomes available in the purchasing studio’s account. No physical goods are shipped. Interrupted, late or conflicting payments require reconciliation; they do not entitle another studio to an already allocated contact.

7. Cancellations, refunds and replacements

See the refund, cancellation and replacement page for agreed decisions and remaining details. Opening a support request or recording an approval does not itself transfer money or assign a replacement.

Invalid-lead claims & refund fallback
For an invalid lead, submit a claim with supporting evidence within 7 days after purchase. Eligibility is decided after evidence review. Trecasa Leads will review replacement claims within 3 business days after the required evidence is received. The remedy is a replacement. An approved replacement is due within 14 days from claim approval; if it is not delivered within that time, the refund is the actual amount paid for that lead or appointment, including any discount already applied. Appointment no-show claims use the separate appointment-based window below. Once that full actual-amount-paid refund becomes due, Trecasa Leads will initiate it within 3 business days to the original payment method, without gateway-fee deductions. Bank credit timing is separate and is not guaranteed by this policy. This policy does not authorize a transaction.
Cancellation
Customer/operator cancellation conditions and any charges — awaiting owner confirmation.
Appointment no-shows
If the homeowner does not attend a confirmed appointment, submit the no-show complaint within 7 calendar days of the scheduled appointment. Trecasa Leads will review replacement claims within 3 business days after the required evidence is received. Trecasa Leads will first try to reschedule for up to 7 calendar days after claim approval. If rescheduling fails, the remedy is a replacement. Rescheduling is part of the same overall 14-day replacement deadline from claim approval; the clock does not restart. If no replacement is delivered by that original deadline, refund the actual amount paid for the appointment.
Replacement
An invalid-lead claim requires evidence review. Once a replacement claim is approved, a replacement is due within 14 days of approval. If the replacement is not delivered within that period, refund the actual amount paid for the lead or appointment. Each replacement must respect homeowner consent and one-buyer exclusivity. Replacement selection, any price difference and promotional-allowance treatment remain to be finalized.

8. Concerns, updates and applicable rights

Use Contact for service concerns, privacy requests or disputes. The owner has named a complaints contact; the direct complaints channel and response/escalation procedure still await confirmation. General questions can be sent to the published support email. This draft does not exclude rights or remedies that apply by law, impose a new limitation of liability, or choose a dispute venue.

Final terms need an owner-approved version and effective date. Existing orders retain the terms recorded when placed; later edits do not rewrite their stored amounts or terms.
